Garden Fresh's company purpose can only be achieved by producing a management team that is dedicated to upholding that purpose, and living our company values. One way we develop these managers is through our six module Manager In Training (MIT) Program.
The MIT Program has three main objectives:
Leadership--Managers will create loyalty by treating team members, crew and guests better than they have ever been treated.
Restaurant Operations--Managers will know how to create highly satisfied crew and guests by executing high levels of QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness).
Career Development--Managers will realize the importance of integrating our company culture into their management role. Managers will know they are 100% responsible for the quality of their own development, and the support and development of others.
The MIT Program is divided into 6 modules:
- Module One - Orientation and Company Purpose
- Module Two - QSC Immersion and Cash Handling
- Module Three - Guest Satisfaction
- Module Four - Production and Sanitation
- Module Five - Labor and Employees
- Module Six - Advanced Floor Shifts
After completing the Manager In Training Program, individuals are given the opportunity to continue their development through numerous outside and company-sponsored training programs. We invite you to visit our restaurants, to meet our managers, talk with our guests, and decide for yourself if you'd like to become part of our team!
