January’s Vegan, Vegetarian & Gluten-Friendly Menu at Souplantation & Sweet Tomatoes


Resolutions are in high gear in January as everyone is looking for a fresh start.  If developing healthy habits and living a healthy lifestyle are your goals, we’re here to help!  Join us at your local Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes and create a wholesome meal with fresh ingredients or choose from one of our many made-from-scratch selections.  We offer a large variety of options, including the following Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten-Friendly dishes:

  • Asian Ginger Broth: Vegetarian (available 1/17 – 1/29)
  • Broccoli Potato Chowder: Vegetarian
  • Santa Fe Black Bean Chili: Vegan and Gluten-Friendly (available  1/8 – 1/29)
  • Creamy Sweet Tomato & Basil with Tomato Basil Croutons: Vegetarian

Our Gluten-Friendly salad dressings include:

Our Vegan salad dressings include:

  • Low Fat Zinfandel Vinaigrette, French and Fat-free Italian

Need even more variety? We {almost} ALWAYS have the following Vegan, Vegetarian & Gluten-Friendly items available:

  • Fresh cut produce
  • Fresh cut fruit
  • Baked potatoes

Do you have an additional allergy or dietary restriction? Our managers have a full list of ingredients on hand at each location and will gladly assist you in determining which menu items are available to enjoy!

*We define Vegan dishes as any menu item not containing meat, eggs, dairy products, or any other animal-derived ingredients
*We define Gluten-Friendly as any menu item that is prepared using no gluten containing ingredients in a non-gluten-free kitchen. May contain traces of gluten.
